Push Record makes films for technology companies. This page explains what we collect when you visit pushrecord.com or contact us, and why.

What we collect

When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, email and message. We also record your IP address and how you found us: the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. If you book a call, we keep the time you chose and any guests you add. We use this to reply, schedule the call and understand which of our work brings people to us.

When you browse. We use these tools to understand how the site is used and who is interested in our work:

  • PostHog (analytics). Records pages viewed, clicks, films played and how much of them you watched, and anonymised session recordings. Anything typed into form fields is hidden from the recordings.

  • LinkedIn Insight Tag. Tells us which companies, industries and job roles visit us, in groups. It also lets us measure our LinkedIn posts and ads and show ads to past visitors.

  • RB2B (visitor identification). For some visitors in the US, it matches the visit to a company, and sometimes to a person’s public professional profile. We use this only to understand who is interested in our work and, occasionally, to reach out about a relevant project.

  • Mux. Streams our films and measures playback quality.

  • Framer. Hosts the site and keeps basic, aggregated visit statistics.

Our site also saves a small record in your browser of how you first found us and how you most recently arrived, so we can tell which sources lead to conversations.

Visitors in Europe

If your device is set to a European time zone, including the EU, the UK and Switzerland, PostHog, LinkedIn and RB2B don’t load at all, and nothing about how you found us is saved in your browser. Only Mux and Framer run, to play films and count visits.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information for money. We share it only with the service providers above, and with these:

  • Cloudflare Turnstile, which blocks spam on the form.

  • Resend, which sends us an email when you write.

  • Google Calendar and Zoom, which create the call invite if you book.

  • Railway, which hosts our booking system.

Under some laws, such as California’s, letting LinkedIn and RB2B collect data for advertising and identification can count as “sharing”. You can opt out at any time; see below.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and booking details for 2 years, and analytics data for as long as each tool’s default retention allows.

Your choices

  • Opt out of tracking. Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser and our tracking tools won’t load. You can also email info@pushrecord.com, or block third-party scripts in your browser.

  • See, correct or delete your data. Email info@pushrecord.com and we’ll handle it within 30 days.

  • LinkedIn ads. You can control how LinkedIn uses your activity in its ad settings.
